JLW CISMA:

This tool is provided in partnership with the Jackson, Lenawee and Washtenaw Cooperative Invasive Species Management Areas (JLW CISMA).  The JLW CISMA goals are to prevent, detect, eradicate and control invasive species in the area, create a strategic plan for reducing the threat of invasive species and to provide outreach and educational opportunities for local citizens and stakeholder groups. Agreement Contract & Rental Fees

The Invasive Species Injector Contract (PDF) outlines the rental fees and use agreement, and the rental fees summarized here:

  • Refundable Deposit: Renter agrees to provide a $50 deposit, or provide a credit card on file with their account.
  • Cleaning fee: Renter will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee if needed.
  • Late fee: A fee of $20 per day will be charged for not adhering to rental schedule.
  • Damage fee: All damages of the tool, regardless of cause, including misuse or negligence on the part of the Renter will be paid for by the Renter.

The contract will be provided at pick-up to complete and sign.
